About the Client

The client was one of the specialist service providers for the Claims' unit of a main health care organization serving roughly 70 million people from one side of the country to the other.

The Problem

The claims management process was burdened by manual, time-consuming, error-prone, and complex procedures, leading to high rates of deformity and lower accuracy in enrollment.

The Solution

To address these challenges, we conducted a thorough analysis of the claims management process, identifying opportunities for automation. We focused on offshore processes, including notice of loss, claims registration, strategy recovery, and approval, streamlining and automating these steps.
We designed and implemented 7 UiPath robots to support various stages of the claims value chain, automating 35-40% of the process. The entire automation design and implementation phase was completed in just 15 weeks, ensuring rapid deployment and minimal disruption to operations.
